I was particularly impressed when you did not try to up-sell the STi, rather, you communicated your honest opinion about the WRX as a great vehicle that would suit my needs (despite your statement being absolutely true, the STI much to my surprise, especially considering the numbers on paper are not dissimilar from those of the WRX, was simply in a class of its own and it sold itself - but perhaps you knew that?)
Anyway the point of this email is to let you know that so often I walk out of a buying experience hating the process and you have restored my confidence in good salesmanship. I would even go so far as to say the buying experience I'm currently involved in with you and Central Coast Subaru has equaled a recent buying experience I had at the Apple Store in Chatswood, which is about as high as the bar goes in my opinion.
